Discover How A Vision Became A Reality...
Recreation: The NZ Outdoor Adventure Expo was successfully launched in Christchurch in September 2009.
After moving to NZ from Canada in 2007; 360 Degree Events - Managing Director, Karen Hamilton was surprised to learn that 'the adventure capital of the world' did not have an event to showcase the broad range of outdoor pursuits and associated products and services on offer in NZ. So Recreation Expo Ltd was established with the primary aim of providing both existing outdoor enthusiasts and those keen to take up new pursuits, with the opportunity to learn from industry experts and to test and compare products and services under one roof. The focus is on having fun ... and having a go!
